Pottermore is owned by Pottermore Limited (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” as appropriate, a company established in England and Wales). Pottermore is currently available through the website at http://www.pottermore.com. We may also make Pottermore or other versions of it available through a number of digital channels or devices.

Your continued use of Pottermore after that period expires means that you agree to be bound by the modified terms. 3The Information We Collect and How We Use It

8Transfer of Information Outside the EEA
1. 8.1 We share your personal information with authorised third party service providers for the purpose of operating, managing and administering Pottermore.
